About Us

Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

The Triolo Group was founded through years of experience providing individualized case management and recovery coaching. Michael Triolo, Founder/CEO played an integral role in the Recovery Coaching team working for the County of Marin division of BHRS. This team was one of the first of its kind and paved the way for future teams and individuals providing wrap-around support.

The recovery coach team was founded in 2010 and started with one single recovery coach. Due to its successful outcomes, it grew to 9 recovery coaches in the span of a few years. The amount of lives that were impacted and saved due to the professional experience and ability of these recovery coaches to connect with their clients is unparalleled. The knowledge learned through years of coaching and working with individuals is not taught anywhere but through the experience of utilizing best practices and evidence-based interventions.

Addiction has grown to epidemic numbers. It not only impacts the individual, but their family, friends, colleagues, and community members. When dealing with addiction, we are not only dealing with treating a disease but saving a life. Just as one person's disease can cause such a huge impact, a person's recovery can bring happiness and purpose back to the individual and those who care for them. There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to recovery. Treatment is only one piece of the puzzle. Helping individuals and families navigate through the recovery process takes professional knowledge and experience. There are multiple dimensions of providing care, many avenues of seeking treatment, and systems that are very difficult to understand. The family and individual who is seeking support should only have to focus on being there for their loved one and taking care of themselves.

The process begins with an individual assessment from which a specific treatment plan is created with action steps and interventions to navigate through each phase of the recovery process. The assessment will determine the type and frequency of services necessary to provide the best quality of care.
